Barrel-aged Imperial Stout
Blend of Port and Bourbon Barrel-aged Missouri Imperial Stouts

Derivation #22 is a blend of Bourbon, Rye, Bourbon Port and Port Barrel-aged Missouri Imperial Stout. We chose the recipes of OWK, Vibes, our Veil collaboration, and Omega aged for 12 to 33 months. After blending, no adjuncts were used to let this beer and barrels shine and thread themselves into our newest Derivation.

ABV:  15%  |  375ml

Bramble 2025

Wild Ale
Missouri Wild Ale with Red and Black Raspberries

Bramble is our newest fruited Missouri Wild Ale. For this beer we used a blend of Oregon red and black raspberries, the Fuzzy base beer (higher acid blonde), and let everything sit and referment. At maturation, we packaged this beautiful beer and have let it rest in bottles for almost a year.

ABV:  6%  |  375ml
