Can I have beer shipped directly to my home?
Due to current alcohol regulations, we can only ship to select states where direct-to-consumer shipping is legally permitted. Please check our shipping map during checkout to see if your location is eligible.
How should I store my Side Project bottles?
For optimal quality, we recommend storing our barrel-aged beers in a cool, dark place, ideally at a consistent cellar temperature between 45°F and 55°F. Bottles should be stored upright.
What is your return policy on beer?
Per industry regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on alcohol purchases once they have left our facility. If your order was damaged during transit, please contact our support team with photos within 48 hours.
Do you offer local pickup at the brewery?
Yes, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Orders must be collected from our St. Louis tasting room during regular business hours within 14 days of purchase.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes, by law, all beer shipments require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. Carriers are not permitted to leave packages unattended on porches or at doorsteps.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
While many of our wild ales and stouts are vegan, some releases may contain adjuncts like honey or lactose. Please refer to the specific ingredients list on each product page for dietary information.
