Bretta Sang was brewed in collaboration with our friend and brewer Troy Meier. This tart Missouri Saison is an exploration into pairing the bold flavors of Cara Cara Oranges with the fermentation characteristics of select Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus strains. This Saison was fermented in and aged in French Oak Puncheons for 15 months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.
ABV: 7% | 750ml
