à la Table is our Table Saison, brewed to be low ABV, but with our use of oak and the richness from our native culture, it has a refined, complex, and deep palate. To finish this beer, we sourced Cucumber Gin barrels for their aromatics and summer-like essence, resting the beer in barrels for 6 months before bottling in November and allowing it additional time to develop before release.
ABV: 3% | 375ml
ALLOCATION: No limit. First come, first served.
SALE ENDS: Tuesday, May 19th at 9am
PICK UPS BEGIN: Wednesday, May 20th at 4pm
PICK UPS END: Monday, June 8th at 8pm
All orders must be picked up within three weeks from time of purchase. Orders are picked up at The Side Project Brewery. Please visit our FAQs for location, hours and more information. Beer orders are not eligible for refunds. Please see refund policy here.
